system and equipment and a storage medium. A heating area is arranged on one side of a mold, and a covering layer for heat preservation is arranged on the other side of the mold; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring real-time measurement temperature values of a plurality of
temperature measurement probes in the heating area; the absolute value of the difference value between the real-time measured temperature values of any
two temperature measuring probes is calculated, whether the absolute value of the difference value exceeds a preset
temperature difference threshold value or not is judged, and a corresponding
alarm state is triggered according to the judgment result; and determining a representative temperature value of the mold heating area based on the real-time measurement temperature values of all the
temperature measurement probes, and controlling start and stop of a heating device according to the representative temperature value and a preset target temperature value. The problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that single-point
temperature measurement cannot reflect overall temperature distribution of a heating area, the temperature abnormal risk caused by uneven heat preservation coverage cannot be recognized can be solved.
