This invention discloses an artificial badminton shuttlecock, comprising a head, multiple
feather shafts, multiple
feather pieces, a first connector, a second connector, and an annular groove. The head includes a top surface, a convex surface, and multiple
insertion holes, with the top surface having an outer edge. Multiple
insertion holes are located on the top surface. The multiple
feather shafts include a front end, a feather piece section, and a middle section, wherein the front ends of each feather shaft are spaced apart and inserted into corresponding
insertion holes on the top surface.
Adhesive is disposed within the multiple insertion holes to secure the feather shafts to each hole. Multiple feather pieces are respectively connected to the feather piece sections of the multiple feather shafts. Both the first and second connectors connect the middle sections of each feather shaft in an annular strip shape. The first connector is located below the second connector and closer to the top surface. The annular groove is located on the top surface, with a distance W1 between the annular groove and the outer edge, wherein the distance W1 is greater than 0.8 mm and less than 4 mm.
