Short Legged Bifurcated Stent Graft Distal Capture Element and Method

A bifurcated stent graft section includes a plurality of loops formed from a serpentine support wire forming a stent at a distal end of one of the short legs of the bifurcated stent graft section. A delivery system includes a coil having a wire configured to pass through the loops and prevent disengagement of the loops from the delivery system without relative rotational movement between the coil and the loops. In a method for delivery the bifurcated stent graft section, the bifurcated stent graft section is advanced to the treatment site, a sheath is retracted to deploy the proximal end of the bifurcated stent graft section while the coil retains the distal end of one of the short legs of the bifurcated stent graft section. A second guidewire is threaded into the short leg of the bifurcated stent graft section which is been stabilized by being held by the coil of the delivery system. An extension leg graft is delivered over the second guidewire and deployed to be coupled to the other short leg of the bifurcated stent graft section while the coil retains the loops. The coil is rotated to release the loops and allow the bifurcated stent graft section to fully deploy. A second extension leg graft is delivered and coupled to the other leg of the bifurcated stent graft section to complete the construction of a bifurcated stent graft in situ.

Tool handle for holding multiple tools of different sizes during use

A generally cylindrical shaped tool handle holds multiple sizes of tools. The handle includes one or more holding slots each positioned on one of multiple outer surface faces into which tools are inserted and held. Each holding slot includes one or more contoured compartments in which tools rest when engaged with the handle. Each contoured compartment is of a size and dimension which corresponds to one or more tool sizes. In the preferred embodiment of the tool handle, three of its outer surface faces have a continuous holding slot with multiple receiving holes for inserting therein hexagonal wrenches of multiple sizes. The continuous holding slots of the preferred embodiment of the handle include multiple contoured compartments for holding an inserted hexagonal wrench. Each contoured compartment is formed about a corresponding receiving hole. A lock is positioned over the contoured compartment to irremovably confine the short leg of the hexagonal wrench within the contoured compartment. Hexagonal shaped tools other than wrenches may be used with the handle of the present invention such as screwdrivers and socket wrenches. A tool holder of the present invention is designed to slide over the handle and to hold multiple sizes of tools which may be used with the handle. The tool holder includes a tool holding member having a plurality of cavities for inserting therein appropriately sized tools and a tool handle holding member having a cavity with an inner hollow shape corresponding to a shape of the handle.

The invention relates to a positioning, self-locking and unlocking method of a storage and transportation platform of a warehouse and a device, which also relates to a transferring and storage method of a large-sized cargo and a device. The invention comprises a shelf, a storage and transportation platform, a positioning block and a positioning hole which is matched with the positioning block and arranged at the bottom of a short leg; a bolt pin hole is arranged on the positioning block and a bolt pin which is fixed at one end of a connecting rod is matched with the bolt pin hole, while the other end of the connecting rod is flexibly connected with the storage and transportation platform by a hinge; the connecting rod is fixedly connected with an unlocking bar at the end provided with the hinge, while the other end of the unlocking bar is suspended in a fork space; a rigid body formed by the bolt pin, the connecting rod and the unlocking bar is connected with a return spring; and the other end of the return spring is fixed on the storage and transportation platform. The invention solves the slide problems of the storage and transportation platform and the goods effectively and does not have blocking resistance phenomenon for unlocking when outputting goods. The device has simple structure and extremely low cost, can be applied to new building and rebuilding of the warehouse, solves the slide problems of the storage and transportation platform and the goods, and makes contribution to disaster prevention and reduction.
