The thin film is prepared from a polyacrylate resin serving as a matrix and hollow nano silica microspheres prepared by a template method serving as filler through coupling agent treatment, ultrasonic dispersion, emulsion polymerization and coating process. The thin film has the characteristics of high damping property and mechanical property of the hollow nano silica microspheres prepared by the template method. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, short period and convenient industrialized production.
