After Na2CO3 is added, the calcium and magnesium cations in soluble salts can be precipitated and separated by carbonates, and the created alkaline environment can completely shield interaction between solids brought by bivalent cations, particularly magnesium ions, and polar oil. A built acoustochemical operation parameter system can be quickly, simply and effectively used for heavy oil contamination remediation for purifying fine-grained salinized soil. After the heavy oil component of cleaning solution is subjected to simple standing and skimming treatment, the repeated utilization of the alkaline cleaning solution can be taken into consideration.
