The invention relates to a method for fabricating fiber used for super bright high strength sewing threads, comprising the following technique procedures: mixing and stirring raw materials terephthalic acid and glycol followed by entering into a primary esterification reactor and a second esterification reactor in sequence and then entering into a primary polycondensation reactor, a second polycondensation reactor and a final polycondensation reactor, and finally carrying out spinning, cooling, winding, filament holding, bundling, pulling, tension hot molding, rolling, loose hot forming, cutting and packaging to prepare the fiber used for super bright high strength sewing threads; the second esterification reactor is added with diglycol, the spinning temperature is 300-305 DEG C, the cooling adopts a tertiary rectifying blower to carry out wind cooling, wherein, the air entering into the tertiary rectifying blower is clean air which is treated by de-dusting by a micro fog water film de-dusting chamber; and the micro fog water film de-dusting chamber is provided with two rows of water fog spraying to each other. The invention do not use inorganic additive such as barium sulfate or titanium dioxide, thus not only ensuring the gloss effect of the fiber, but also satisfying the requirement on producing high speed sewing thread strength.
