effective size of the
cut steel plate in the length direction and the width direction is increased, and size maximization rapid calculation of the steel plate before cutting is carried out; and S3, after size maximization rapid calculation of the steel plate, specific cutting operation of the optimized cutting technology is carried out on a cutting site. According to the method, the shape and direction of the camber of the rolled abnormal steel plate are judged firstly, the
flame cutting line snapping mode is changed, the
effective size in the length direction and the width direction is obviously increased by adjusting the angle along the bent side of the abnormal steel plate, and then
maximum size cutting is achieved in the aspects of finished product yield, steel plate size rescue rate and contract rescue rate, and by utilizing the technology, the improvement can be achieved to a great extent.
