In mid-April, a part of small seedlings of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis grow leaves; and in mid-June, more than 85% of the small seedlings of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis grow leaves. With the method of the invention, the germination rate and the seedling rate of the Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis seeds reach more than 85%.
