solid-state
refrigeration device, wherein the protecting device is arranged outside, the radiator is arranged inside, the
solid-state
refrigeration device is arranged between the protecting device and theradiator and is a
semiconductor refrigeration plate, the
semiconductor refrigeration plate is provided with a heat absorption end and a heat releasing end, the heat absorption end attaches to the protecting device, the heat releasing end attaches to the radiator, after
electrification, the heat absorption end absorbs formation heat, and the heat releasing end takes away the formation heat throughthe radiator; and the
semiconductor refrigeration plate controls a circuit, the magnitude of a current, and direction of the
solid-state refrigeration device through a
control unit. According to the freezer,
electrification is refrigeration, a formation can be directly frozen without constructing a freezing
station, the project cost and construction period are greatly reduced, the cost is lowered,and the work efficiency is improved; according to the needs of a project, segmenting freezing, directional freezing and forced unfreezing are realized, the refrigeration cost is saved, and the construction period is shortened; and
natural water circulation cooling is adopted, and the risk of leakage to pollute the environment is avoided.
