The invention discloses a nanocrystalline
magnetic core magnetic field heat treatment method suitable for an A type leakage protector. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a to-be-treated nanocrystalline
magnetic core is placed in a
transverse magnetic furnace, and inflation of protective gas is conducted; secondly, heat treatment and magnetic treatment are conducted and includea first stage, a second stage, a third stage and a fourth stage, wherein in the first stage, the temperature is increased to about 560 DEG C from the
room temperature, and heating and heat preservation are conducted for about 90 min; in the second stage, the nanocrystalline
magnetic core subjected to heat treatment in the first stage is discharged out of a furnace and cooled to the
room temperature; in the third stage, the nanocrystalline magnetic core cooled in the second stage is placed in the
transverse magnetic furnace, the temperature is increased to about 420 DEG C from the
room temperature, heating and heat preservation are conducted for about 60 min, and transverse
magnetism adding treatment is conducted during annealing; and in the fourth stage, furnace discharging is conducted, and the nanocrystalline magnetic core is cooled to the room temperature; and thirdly, a cooled nanocrystalline magnetic core finished product is obtained. The nanocrystalline magnetic core obtained through the above method is used for the leakage protector, electric leakage can be protected, and
direct current pulsating current can be protected as well.
