When the method is used for preparing the lithium ion battery, the irregular expansion of the lithium ion battery can be effectively controlled, thereby enabling the appearance of the lithium ion battery to be smooth and regular and being beneficial to the circulation times and the magnification discharge performance of the lithium ion battery.
