An omni-directional monitoring system for driving and parking records of an automobile comprises an automobile body, GPS navigation and a mobile communication transmitting unit. The omni-directional monitoring system is characterized in that infrared cameras are installed at the front and the back of the automobile body, infrared cameras are installed above rearview mirrors on the left side and the right side of the automobile body, and infrared cameras are installed in a cab and an automobile box. The microcomputer host compatible vehicle-mounted GPS navigation, a GPS satellite positioning module and the 3G mobile communication transmitting device are installed in the automobile body. An independent light source is connected to the host after insuring and voltage stabilization. The host is provided with a shock absorption device and comprises a vehicle-mounted GPS navigation module, the GPS satellite positioning module and a 3G mobile communication module. Output lines of the cameras and a sound pick-up are transmitted to the host through terminals, and after processing, the host carries out storage. Meanwhile, a 3G mobile communication transmitter is used for transmitting to a remote control computer center or a mobile phone with a video function. Signals transmitted by the vehicle-mounted cameras and the sound pick-up are collected, stored and analyzed, and the signals are displayed and printed. The omni-directional monitoring system is suitable for monitoring a cash truck, or a school bus, or a bus, or a police car, or a train, or a steamer or the like.
