49 results about "Inductive transfer" patented technology

Transfer learning is a research problem in machine learning that focuses on storing knowledge gained while solving one problem and applying it to a different but related problem. For example, knowledge gained while learning to recognize cars could apply when trying to recognize trucks. This area of research bears some relation to the long history of psychological literature on transfer of learning, although formal ties between the two fields are limited.

System and method for selective transfer of radio frequency power

A system and method is provided for the inductive transfer of electric power between a substantially flat primary surface and a multitude of secondary devices in such a way that the power transfer is localized to the vicinities of individual device coils. The contact free power transfer does not require precise physical alignment between the primary surface and the secondary device and can allow the secondary device or devices to be placed anywhere and in arbitrary orientation with respect to the primary surface. Such power transfer is realized without the need of complex high frequency power switching network to turn the individual primary coils on or off and is completely scalable to almost arbitrary size. The local anti-resonance architecture of the primary device will block primary current from flowing when no secondary device or devices are in proximity to the local RF power network. The presence of a tuned secondary device detunes the local anti-resonance on the primary surface; thereby enable the RF power to be transferred from the local primary coils to the secondary device. The uniformity of the inductive coupling between the active primary surface and the secondary devices is improved with a novel multi-pole driving technique which produces an apparent traveling wave pattern across the primary surface.

NFC system applied to library information interaction

The invention discloses an NFC system applied to library information interaction. The system comprises a mobile device with an NFC module, a book management server, a book NFC label, a NFC card reader, an access control single-chip microcomputer and an access control switch. The NFC card reader is installed at the access door of a library. The output end of the NFC card reader is connected with the input end of the access control single-chip microcomputer. The output end of the access control single-chip microcomputer is connected with the access control switch of the access door. The mobile device with the NFC module is in contact with the NFC card reader. Based on the NFC short-distance wireless communication, the inductive transfer of the information between the mobile device with the NFC module and the NFC card reader is realized. The book NFC label is pasted on a book in the library. Each book is provided with one book NFC label. The mobile device with the NFC module gets in contact with the book NFC label, so that the inductive transfer of the information between the mobile device with the NFC module and the book NFC label is realized based on the NFC short-distance wireless communication. The mobile device with the NFC module is in connection with the book management server through a mobile communication network. The system can improve the working efficiency of management and realizes the intelligent management.
