The invention discloses a neck, shoulder and cervical vertebra comprehensive treatment device which is used in the field of medical apparatus and instruments. The device comprises a seat with a backrest and a neck movement traction mechanism arranged on the backrest. The neck movement traction mechanism comprises a base plate arranged at the upper end of the backrest, a supporting rod arranged on the base plate vertically, an adapting block arranged at the upper end of the supporting rod, a swinging rod with the lower end hinged to the adapting block in the universal direction and with the upper end with an inner threaded hole and a head fixing ring arranged above the swinging rod. A servo motor and a lead screw driven by the servo motor and meshed with the inner threaded hole are arranged on the rear side of the head fixing ring. The head fixing ring and the base plate installed on the seat form a supporting structure through the lead screw and the swinging rod. During use, by means of threaded meshing between the lead screw and the inner threaded hole of the swinging rod, the distance between the head fixing ring and the seat is changed, and traction of the neck is achieved. Due to the fact that the lower end of the swinging rod is hinged to the adapting block in the universal direction, the neck can swing in the back and front direction and in the left and right direction while the neck is pulled, traction requirements of the neck in different directions are met, and a treatment effect of traction is improved.
