The present invention discloses a surgical device for endoluminally or laparoscopically grasping and excising a target tissue (1) sample from areas in a patient's body comprises a surgical stapling device (4) having a distal staple fastening assembly (5) connected via one or more flexible force transmitters (25) to a proximal handle, wherein the staple fastening assembly (5) comprises a cartridge device (8) containing one or more curved open rows of staples as well as a knife, a curved anvil (7) having a staple forming face adapted to cooperate with the cartridge device (8) to form the ends of the staples expelled from the cartridge device (8). The anvil (7) is movable with respect to the cartridge device (8) along a longitudinal axis (L) of the staple fastening assembly (5) and the staple fastening assembly (5) is curved about the longitudinal axis (L). A lateral end of the anvil (7) and a corresponding lateral end of the cartridge device (8) are connected by a longitudinally extending lateral shaft (9) so that a substantially C shaped frame is formed which defines a window (6) for receiving the target tissue (1) and a lateral opening (10) opposite the lateral shaft (9) configured to provide lateral access to the window (6).

According to the laparoscope retractor, the fixed rod is provided with the rotary rod capable of relatively turning over, the rotary rod can rotate to be parallel to the fixed rod, the retractor conveniently extends into operation space from a minimally invasive surgical incision accordingly, and when the retractor extends into the operation space, the rotary rod turns over on the fixed rod under the elastic force of the torsion springs to form the push-pull plane.

The 3D thoracoperitoneoscope system comprises the thoracoperitoneoscope supporting robot, a 3D thoracoperitoneoscope, an in-vitro image processor and a naked eye 3D displayer. The 3D thoracoperitoneoscope is clamped on the intelligent thoracoperitoneoscope supporting robot and connected with the in-vitro image processor through a signal transmission line, and the in-vitro image processor 3 is connected to the naked eye 3D displayer through a video output line. The pose of the 3D thoracoperitoneoscope can be adjusted through the intelligent thoracoperitoneoscope supporting robot, signals acquired by the 3D thoracoperitoneoscope are transmitted tothe in-vitro image processor, the signals are processed and then continuously transmitted to the naked-eye 3D displayer through the video output line, and naked-eye 3D vision is provided for an intraoperative user. A master manipulator and a slave manipulator are integrated in the same mechanical configuration, so that the size and the weight of the whole system are reduced, the operation complexity of a connecting line and a control system is reduced, and the whole structure is extremely convenient to clean, disinfect and disassemble, easy to replace and low in maintenance cost.

The tool gripping assembly (60) further comprises a first sleeve (80) partially surrounding and being longitudinally and independently displaceable parallel to the longitudinal axis A along an outer surface of said longitudinally extending rod (70), and a second sleeve (90) partially surrounding and being longitudinally and independently displaceable parallel to the longitudinal axis A along an outer surface of said first sleeve (80). The first and second sleeves (80, 90) are longitudinally displaceable in relation to each other and said longitudinally extending rod (70), and are configured to clamp said tool member (20) to said holding member (73) in a variable angle α in relation to said longitudinal axis A, wherein said variable angle α depends on the relative positions of the first and second sleeves (80, 90) to the longitudinally extending rod (70).
