The invention discloses a battery change system of a portable electric car and a change method thereof. The system is provided with a foldable electric hydraulic lifting platform, a battery box lifting platform trolley, a battery box pallet and an integrated control platform. In the foldable electric hydraulic lifting platform, foldable horizontal and vertical scissor mechanisms are adopted so that the storage and transportation spaces are compressed and the carrying is convenient; and during the operation, the car is lifted through the vertical scissor mechanism so that the battery box lifting platform trolley can enter the lower side of the car to dismount and change the batteries. An adjusting and positioning battery box with three degrees of freedom, which is remotely controlled to realize transverse movement, longitudinal movement and horizontal rotation, and a horizontal rotation platform which is lifted by means of the a double-layer scissor mechanism are loaded on the battery box lifting platform trolley. The invention provides a temperature-control high-speed large-strain membrane two-way stretching device and an experimental method thereof. A servo motor drives four #-shaped guide rails to move, and a membrane sample is stretched through a scissors mechanism. A high-pressure pneumatic clamp quickly clamps the sample and can realize pressure compensation. Two independent temperature control furnaces are respectively used for preheating the device and stretching the sample. A hot air circulating system can be adopted to realize rapid temperature rise of the control furnaces and also can ensure the temperature uniformity of cavities. Tension sensors are respectively mounted in two stretch directions and used for collecting stress-strain information in the membrane stretching process. The servo motor drives a ball screw so as to enable a stretch part to be switched among different stations. The temperature-control high-speed large-strain membrane two-way stretching device can realize two-way synchronous stretching, two-way asynchronous stretching, limited one-way stretching and unlimited one-way stretching, thus being a good device for simulating industrial membrane stretching processing and establishing the relationship between processing parameters and the membrane structure performance.

The invention provides a constant width film stretching device combined with X-ray scattering, and an experimental method thereof. The device employs two Yaskawa servo motors to drive a ball screw to stretch a sample. The rotation of the motors is controlled by a Labview software. One end of the device is configured to a tension sensor for tracking tension change during a stretching process. During the stretching process, scissor mechanism fixtures are employed perpendicular to the stretching direction, so as to guarantee that the width of the sample can be kept constant during the stretching process and chuck points move uniformly along with the sample. The device employs a forced nitrogen stream to equalize temperature distribution in a sample cabin and reduce thermal degradation of the sample at a high temperature. Two temperature monitoring points are pre-set in the sample cabin. The temperature is precisely controlled by the temperature controller. The device has the advantages of easy disassembly and assembly and the like, is very suitable for combination with synchrotron radiation line stations, and is a very good device for studying the relationship between a structural evolution behavior and the film properties in film stretching and processing.
