The invention provides a condensation
phase change type wet-process desulfurization
system and method capable of removing
flue gas and
smoke dust in cooperation. The
system comprises a wet-type desulfurization
tower and a cooler arranged outside the wet-type desulfurization
tower, wherein an absorbent
slurry tank is arranged at the bottom of the wet-type desulfurization
tower; multilayer spraying mechanisms are arranged at the upper part of the wet-type desulfurization tower from bottom to top; a
demister is arranged above the spraying mechanisms; the inlet of a cooler is communicated with the absorbent
slurry tank, and the outlet of the cooler is connected with the spraying mechanisms; an inlet connected with a
flue gas inlet
pipe is formed in the wall, under the spraying mechanisms and above the absorbent
slurry tank, of the wet-type desulfurization tower; a
flue gas outlet
pipe is connected with the topmost end of the wet-type desulfurization tower; and the inner region, under the
demister and above the
flue gas inlet
pipe, of the wet-type desulfurization tower is a
phase change condensed dust removing layer. According to the
system provided by the invention, adsorbent slurry which is circularly used by the wet-type desulfurization tower is cooled outside the tower so that
flue gas in the wet-type desulfurization tower is saturated and is condensed by taking micro-fine dust as condensation cores, and the micro-fine dust falls down or is removed by the
demister and a dust remover after becoming large.
