The high-voltage generator comprises a rectifying and wave-filtering and soft-start unit connected with a power supply, a control power supply, and a voltage rising and rectifying unit in a high-voltage oil tank. The high-voltage generator is characterized in that the rectifying and wave-filtering and soft-start unit is connected with a power factor correction unit, is connected with the positive pole of an X-ray tube in the high-voltage oil tank through a high-voltage inverter and the voltage rising and rectifying unit, and is connected with the negative pole of the X-ray tube through a filament inverter and a filament converting circuit; a sampling circuit connected with a central control unit is arranged inside the high-voltage oil tank; and the central control unit is respectively connected with the high-voltage inverter, the filament inverter and a host computer. Compared with the prior art, the high-voltage generator has the advantages that the high-voltage generator adopts a series-parallel resonance technique to realize the zero-voltage opening of a switch tube, and thus the switching frequency can be improved to 100 kHz; the problems of high voltage insulation and protection caused by extracting a high voltage wire externally connected with an X-ray tube from the high-voltage oil tank are avoided because that the X-ray tube is integrated inside the high-voltage oil tank.

Robotic Bypass System and Method

A system and method, and robotic equipment for mechanical and/or electrical bypassing of short sections of energized high voltage line conductors by gripping the conductor at two close-by points, making good electrical and mechanical connection, then drawing the two points towards one another so as to relieve both mechanical and current-carrying duty of the bypassed conductor section. Doing so can provide slack on the bypassed conductor section for maintenance or repair while simultaneously providing an alternative path for electric current, or increase tension on the adjacent conductor sections by essentially shortening the conductor in the region where the invention is applied. The invention may then reverse direction, placing (stretch) tension on the bypassed conductor section and the point of repair to assure its mechanical integrity. Mechanical bypassing only to temporarily shorten specific conductor spans may be achieved by the same device. Electrical bypassing only may be achieved in a similar manner by gripping and bridging two separate high voltage conductors, thus providing a means to connect and/or disconnect them with the aid of switching equipment incorporated into the invention. The invention allows all of the foregoing to be accomplished at line potential and in close line proximity by virtue of its being mounted on an insulated boom or suspended from a hovering helicopter or suspended from the line itself.

The invention provides a method for identifying an overhead high-voltage wire automatically from an infrared image, and aims to provide a method for extracting an overhead high-voltage wire from an infrared image reliably and accurately in real time. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps of: reading an infrared digital image which is shot from an outdoor scene into a computer program, and converting the image into a grayscale image; performing image segmentation, geometrical feature extraction, luminance feature extraction, edge contour extraction and piecewise linear feature extraction on the grayscale images by an image extraction program, and dividing the image into a target region and a background region; counting and identifying geometrical features, luminance features and piecewise linear features in the regions automatically by a feature comprehensive analysis and identification module, scanning and screening one by one, and removing suspected targets which do not have the infrared image feature of the high-voltage wire to obtain initial pixels of the image of the overhead high-voltage wire; and outputting and displaying the acquired final pixels of the image of the overhead high-voltage wire by a high-voltage wire pixel marking output module.

The method realizes detection accuracy of the power transmission line in the image, removes redundant edge information and improves accuracy of power transmission line identification.

Compared with the prior art, the high-voltage cable electromagnetic-fingerprint distribution based unmanned-aerial-vehicle navigation system has the advantages that the unmanned aerial vehicle is positioned and navigated by the aid of the electromagnetic field strength fingerprint information around a high-voltage cable, which is complementary to a traditional satellite navigation mode, and position stability of the unmanned aerial vehicle under high-voltage inspection environment is improved.
