The invention provides a parcel receiving and sending 
intelligent management method and an intelligent 
service robot system. The parcel receiving and sending 
intelligent management method comprises aparcel sending step, a parcel receiving step, and employs a corresponding parcel sending 
robot and a corresponding parcel receiving 
robot. The delivery method comprises the following steps: parcels and mails are registered and warehoused to generate internal waybills and the parcels and the mails are sorted; the delivery 
robot scans the internal waybills to complete parcel and mail outgoing, plansoptimal delivery routes and delivers the parcels and the mails; after the express delivery robot arrives at a delivery place, the express delivery robot sends an express taking prompt to an addressee, extracts face information of an express taking person, verifies the identity of the express taking person and opens a cabinet door; and 
pickup reports are generated after the parcels and the mails are signed. The receiving steps are as follows: a receiving robot acquires sending information, generates an internal waybill, receives a to-be-sent parcel and a mail of a sender, and generates a sending report; and a corresponding express waybill is generated by a receiving and sending room, and the parcels and the mails are sorted to corresponding express boxes. The 
system gives consideration tothe information, property and 
personnel safety of enterprises or organizations and units and the requirements of internal personnel for express delivery and take-out, and meanwhile the 
elevator occupancy rate and 
energy consumption are reduced.
