The actuator consists of a housing, an external magnetizer, an internal magnetizer, a permanent magnet, a coil, a spring and piezoelectric amplification mechanisms. The process for realizing bidirectional stepping type actuation is as follows: a uniform toroidal magnetic field is generated between the internal and external magnetizers at two ends of the permanent magnet, the coil is located in the magnetic field, an outer end is connected with the first piezoelectric amplification mechanism, and the interior is connected with the internal magnetizer through the spring; the external magnetizer is connected with the second piezoelectric amplification mechanism; the piezoelectric amplification mechanisms are locked to an inner wall of the housing when not electrified; a first piezoelectric stack is electrified, and locking is released; then current is applied to the coil, and Ampere force is generated to push the first piezoelectric amplification mechanism to move; the first piezoelectric stack is powered off and locked, a second piezoelectric stack is electrified and locking is released, and spring restoration force pulls the coil and the second piezoelectric amplification mechanism to move, thereby realizing unidirectional movement; and if current of an opposite direction is applied to the coil, reverse movement is realized; and thus bidirectional stepping type output of large displacement and force is realized.

The invention provides an actuator and method for achieving the torque through piezoelectric-link mechanisms. The actuator is composed of the piezoelectric-link mechanisms, pins, actuating discs, a driver and a controller. The method includes the following steps of firstly, amplifying miniature linear displacement outputted by piezoelectric materials through piezoelectric constraint-multi-stage displacement amplifying mechanisms and then outputting the displacement, wherein the piezoelectric-link mechanisms are composed of piezoelectric stacks and the piezoelectric constraint-multi-stage displacement amplifying mechanisms; secondly, exerting pulling force and linear displacement on the pins located on the actuating discs through the piezoelectric-link mechanisms, wherein a certain distance exists between each pin and the circle center of the corresponding actuating disc so that force and linear displacement outputted by the piezoelectric materials can be converted into torque output and continuous rotation of the actuating discs; thirdly, exerting different magnitudes of pulling force or lost motion on the pins at different phase positions where the different numbers of piezoelectric-link mechanisms rotate so that it can be ensured that the actuator stably outputs the torque. The invention relates to a method for extracting the signal of a campaniform vibrator type angular rate gyroscope. The method comprises the following steps of: (1)applying a vibrator excitation signal on an axial direction formed by a piezoelectric patch A and a piezoelectric patch E; (2) extracting the signals of a piezoelectric patch C, a piezoelectric patch G, a piezoelectric patch D, a piezoelectric patch H and eight capacitive sensors; (3) fusing the acquired signals, and computing the output signals of axial directions; (4) carrying out amplitude stability control and frequency stability control on input signals by utilizing output information in the axial directions; (5) computing quadrature error and rate error by utilizing the output information in the axial directions; and (6) synthesizing the computed quadrature error and rate error to generate control moments in the axial directions, and outputting input angle rate. The method disclosed by the invention overcomes the defect of influence of a single piezoelectric device on gyroscope output information, enhances the design accuracy of the campaniform vibrator type angular rate gyroscope and lays a foundation for the design of the campaniform vibrator type angular rate gyroscope.
