The present invention discloses a method for standardizing medical digital image information based on a desired format. The method for standardizing digital medical image information based on the required format in accordance with the present invention comprises transmitting medical image information to a conversion module and (a) if the transmitted image is a DICOM standard data, (1) decoding the information service metadata and pixel data from the original file information header, (2) reorganizing the information service metadata according to a desired format to form a new file information header, and (3) combining the new information service metadata with the pixel data resulting in the desired standard digital image information; or (b) if the data is not a DICOM standard data, (1) inspecting the data to determine whether it has been received directly from a hardware; (2) if the data has been received directly from a hardware, reorganizing the file information header directly based on the desired format; or if the data has not been received directly from a hardware, decoding the pixel data based on its current format, and then reorganizing the file information header based on the desired format; (3) after the file information header is reorganized, reorganizing the pixel data according to the DICOM standard; and (4) combining the new information service metadata with the pixel data resulting in the desired standard digital image information.

The invention provides an ultrasonic angiography image analysis method and system. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a dynamic medical image meeting a DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) standard; selecting an initial region of interest from the dynamic medical image; calculating a plurality of corresponding analysis parameter values of each pixel point of the initial region of interest, and carrying out colorful encoding on the analysis parameter values to obtain colorful codes of different parameters of the initial region of interest; selecting a current region of interest of the colorful codes; obtaining a parameter analysis curve of the current region of interest and a contrast speed analysis curve; providing an analysis result of the current region of interest. Compared with the prior art, the method can be used for carrying out the colorful encoding on the plurality of corresponding analysis parameter values of each pixel point, so that contrast parameters can be accurately quantified, and furthermore, accurate reference and differential diagnosis can be provided for doctors. The current region of interest can also be subjected to parameter analysis and speed analysis on the basis of the initial region of interest, and the clinical diagnosis can be facilitated.

A breakaway interface between radiological information systems, imaging equipment and picture archive and communications systems has automated filtering and handling of multiple study work orders or affiliated work orders, while passing single study work orders through unaltered. The work orders are processed by the breakaway interface to consolidate multiple procedure or multiple study work orders into a single super order, which is then communicated, preferably using DICOM standard protocol, to an imaging machine. The imaging machine returns a single image sequence, and the breakaway interface will then break images away from the single image sequence into a plurality of grouped image sequences. The preferred grouping is based upon anatomical regions, and separate but adjacent anatomical regions will preferably share one or more images at the boundary between the adjacent regions. The exact number of shared images may preferably be preset at the system level. A number of different techniques for analyzing the single image sequence are proposed individually or in combination, including histogram analysis, peak finding techniques, moments of order analysis, evaluating information from one or more previous analyses, and evaluating image sequence series information to distinguish discrete imaging procedures.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) shooting a DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) image by imaging equipment of a data preservation system, and directly inputting the image to the system; (2) extracting and preserving the DICOM digital image data and generating a preserved data packet by the data preservation system; (3) sending the preserved data packet to a remote data authentication system according to a user request; (4) identifying the data by the data authentication system, directly transforming the unpreserved image data into a DICOM standard format, and certifying the preserved data, namely the preserved data packet; (5) during the authentication of the preserved data packet, performing on-line data restoration on a data segment with errors by network connection between the data segment and the data preservation system; (6) reducing the authenticated complete data or the on-line restored complete data into the DICOM standard format by the data authentication system. The method has the advantages of being capable of guaranteeing the authenticity and reliability of the image data in telemedicine and providing technical support for breaking information encapsulation among hospitals and realizing data share.
