The invention relates to a method for simulating a visual field of a digital
pathological section under a
microscope, which comprises the following steps of: performing
data conversion on the digital
pathological section according to a high-power visual field required to be simulated, and drawing a relative area of the converted high-power visual field of the digital
pathological section in a browsing view. According to the scheme, the film reading areas corresponding to different multiplying power and different high-power view sizes under the
microscope are simulated on the digital film reading interface, a circular view area
simulation mode and a rectangular view area
simulation mode are provided, meanwhile, a specified-distance fast moving film reading mode based on the
diameter or width and height of the high-power view is provided, and the film reading efficiency is improved. The method can efficiently move the radiograph reading area while simulating radiograph reading under the
microscope, does not generate missing section information, can intuitively realize comparison between the digital pathological radiograph reading area and the radiograph reading area under the microscope, helps a user to clearly understand the difference between the two areas, effectively relieves judgment discomfort of a radiograph reader due to the difference of visual areas, and improves the user experience. And the accuracy and adaptability of digital film reading are improved.
