light beam volume formed by the first
laser being smaller than that of the second
laser, the former having concentrated
light energy and
high irradiance, the latter having divergent
light energy and low
irradiance, and the
wavelength of the second
laser being not less than that of the first laser; the circuit system independently controls the two lasers to adjust the light power so that the
irradiance of the first laser is significantly higher than that of the second laser, and the
light emission is realized by start-stop control; through debugging, it is ensured that the
signal of the first laser is significantly stronger when the particle size is small, and the
signal of the second laser is significantly stronger when the particle size is large, and the concentration of particles of different sizes is obtained by combining concentration calibration and
signal processing. The present application expands the detection range, can detect large and
small particles at the same time, improves the precision, and solves the problem of poor measurement effect of the existing sensor particle size segment.
