system with the
project execution cycle, thus incorporating a time dimension into allocation decisions. This ensures that the allocated equipment not only meets current performance requirements but also that its effective service period covers the critical task cycle, reducing the operational risks and
downtime costs of forced replacements due to outdated equipment or
software in the mid-project phase. Finally, by combining dynamic templates and synchronization coefficients, the availability of inventory equipment is determined and an intelligent allocation plan is generated, improving the accuracy of IT asset management.
