The invention further discloses a device for implementing the method. The method and the device can be used for treating high-concentration organic wastewater so that the organic wastewater reaches the standard in a short process, and the method and the device can be also used for treating low-concentration organic wastewater so that the discharge of methane dissolved in effluent as a greenhouse gas can be reduced.
