The invention discloses a three-electrode integrated electrochemical sensor based on a microelectrode array. The sensor comprises the bismuth film modified microelectrode array (gold working electrode), a silver/silver chloride electrode (reference electrode) and a platinum electrode (counter electrode). The three electrodes are prepared through a standard MEMS technology, and multiple discs at equal intervals are evenly distributed on the gold electrode to serve as the microelectrode array. In the electrochemical detection process, heavy metal gathering and dissolving-out reacting occur on the microelectrode array, and the surface of the microelectrode array is modified with a bismuth film in order to increase the detection type of heavy metal and expand the detection range of the heavy metal. The surface of the silver electrode is electroplated with silver chloride to form the Ag/AgCl reference electrode. The platinum electrode serves as the counter electrode and forms an access with the working electrode. Difference pulse stripping voltammetry is utilized for determining the concentration of the heavy metal, and a result shows that the sensor is high in detection sensitivity, low in detection limit and high in signal-to-noise ratio; the sensor is easy and convenient to operate, needs a small quantity of samples, can be used for rapidly detection heavy metal on site and is capable of efficiently monitoring environmental pollution in real time.

The construction method comprises the steps that (1) a total station is pre-used to accurately set out the inner side line of the hanging part of the anti-collision guardrail; (2) a ground anchor steel bar is buried on a top plate of a prefabricated box girder, and is fastened with a bottom reinforcing steel tube and an inclined strut steel tube by using a fastener connecting manner, so as to stabilize an inner side template; (3) an outer side template is taken in place by using auxiliary hoisting equipment; (4) a mortar band, which is 2.4cm in height and 5cm in width, is built on the inner side of the inner side template before the inner side template is mounted; and (5), after the templates of the anti-collision guardrail are mounted, a mixer truck is used to be matched with a gantry crane to hoist concrete into the templates, and an immersion vibrator is used to vibrate the concrete, so as to guarantee that the concrete is solid, the color and the lustre are uniform after the templates are detached, and the linearity is attractive. The templates of the anti-collision guardrail disclosed by the invention are simple in structures, materials are ordinary, the processing is convenient, and the cost is lower.

The light emergent end of the gradient multimode optical fiber is connected with the receiving end of a spectrograph. The SPR phenomenon occurs when the light is transmitted to the gradient multimode optical fiber to the SPR sensing probe through the measured single-mode optical fiber. If the position of the measured single-mode optical fiber has micro-displacement,the transmission path of the light in the gradient multimode optical fiber changes, and the SPR incident angle and resonance trough position changes so as to realize micro-displacement sensing. The reference sensing spectrum of the measured single-mode optical fiber is marked, and the sensing reference spectrum of different micro-displacement is summarized. The sensing reference spectrum is compared and the three-dimensional micro-displacement platform is adjusted so that the sensing spectrum and the reference spectrum are enabled to be overlapped in case of micro-displacement calibration.

The preparation method includes: cutting the dried eucalyptus into slices, soaking and washing the slices for three times, drying the slices in a drying oven at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C for 48 hours, crushing the slices, and sieving the crushed slices with a 30-mesh sieve to obtain eucalyptus powder; and putting the obtained eucalyptus powder into a muffle furnace, heating to 500 DEG C at a heating rate of 10 DEG C/min, pyrolyzing for 1 hour, washing with deionized water for three times, and drying in a drying oven at 60 DEG C for 24 hours to obtain the eucalyptus charcoal. soaking 8-10 g of eucalyptus charcoal in 40-50 mL of a 40% phosphoric acid solution for 10 h at the room temperature, placing the soaked eucalyptus charcoal in a 200 ml crucible, and performing pyrolysis in a muffle furnace at 450-550 DEG C for 1 h at the heating rate of 10 DEG C/min, washing the eucalyptus activated charcoal for three times in deionized water, and drying the eucalyptus activated charcoal at 55-60 DEG C for 24 h, and packaging the driedeucalyptus activated charcoal in plastic sealed bags and perserving the eucalyptus activated charcoal in a drying condition. The method disclosed by the invention is simple, common in medicament, easily available in raw materials and available in actual running operation. Based on the local eucalyptus in Guangxi, the raw material cost is saved.
