wire rope is downwards wound around the lower portion of a tension sleeve on the steel reinforcement cage, then upwards extends along the outer walls of the steel pipe pile original section and the steel pipe pile lengthening section, extends out from a through hole on the corresponding side, passes by the
pulley and then is connected with a hook of the electric block. The perpendicularity adjusting device for the ultralow-position steel pipe pile adopting the top-down construction method effectively solves the perpendicularity correcting problem of the steel pipe pile with the top elevation being excessively low or below 0 meter.
