The self-assembled nano-gene vector compound is a compound system self-assembled from HA (Hyaluronic Acid), PAMAM and a gene under mutual electrostatic interaction, and expressed as HA/PAMAM/gene, wherein PAMAM is selected from polyamidoamine dendrimers of different generations, HA is selected from hyaluronic acids of different molecular weights and sodium salts thereof and the gene is selected from theraputic gene drugs.
