wellhead comprises a base body, wherein a
rotating disc is arranged at the upper part of the base body, a
ratchet wheel is arranged at the center of the
rotating disc, holes for accommodating steel balls are formed in the
rotating disc and surround the
ratchet wheel, a guide
pipe is arranged on the base body, the rotating disc can align one hole to the guide
pipe through rotation, a channel is formed in the bottom of the base body, the bottom of the guide
pipe is communicated with the channel, the rotating disc drives the steel balls to rotate, a
solid part without a hole in the rotating disc is aligned to the
steel ball channel in the base body, the steel balls are put in seven holes in the rotating disc sequentially from small to large in the
clockwise direction, when a
hydraulic cylinder drives a push rod to move to the
ratchet wheel, a positioning pin is rotated out of a positioning hole in the rotating disc, a
piston rod continuously moves rightwards, a push rod pushes the ratchet wheel to rotate by 45 degrees, the holes with the steel balls in the rotating disc are aligned to the channel in the base body, and the steel balls freely fall into a well through the guide pipe. The multifunctional and automatic ball delivery device has high working efficiency and can perform multi-section fracturing.
