pipe is arranged on an outlet material pipeline of a butylbenzene rubber device
polymerization reactor by a
pipe reducer and a
rubber cement original pipeline; the large end of the
pipe reducer is in seal communication with the vertical measuring pipe, and the small end of the pipe
reducer is in seal communication with the
rubber cement original pipeline; two pressure measuring points are extracted from the vertical measuring pipe, and a tiny
differential pressure transmitter is used for measuring the
pressure difference of the vertical pipeline between the two measuring points through which the
rubber cement flows; a butylbenzene rubber
cement temperature measuring point is arranged in the center in the vertical measuring pipe in the middle of the two pressure measuring points, and a temperature
transmitter A is used for measuring rubber
cement temperature; and an ambient temperature measuring point is arranged near the tiny
differential pressure transmitter, and an ambient temperature transmitter B is used for measuring the ambient temperature. The three measured
signal data are transmitted to a computer
system for calculating. The invention adopts a conventional instrument and has the advantages of stable and reliable performance, less
delay time,
rapid response time, good
closed loop control effect, convenient maintenance and long service life.
