A shock absorbing device for a shoe sole in a rear foot part according to the present invention, includes: a support element M; deformation elements 3 disposed below the support element, the deformation elements deforming to be compressed vertically at landing; and outer sole elements 2 contacting a ground at landing, each outer sole element being joined to a bottom surface of the respective deformation element. Both the deformation elements 3 and the outer sole elements 2 are substantially separated in a medial-lateral direction in the rear foot part to be arranged at least three regions of the rear foot part. A quotient obtained by dividing an area of a bottom surface of the support element M by an area of bottom surfaces of the outer sole elements 2 is set at about 1.3 or more in the rear foot part. A vertical compressive stiffness of the deformation element 3 disposed on the lateral side is smaller than that of the deformation element 3 disposed on the medial side.

The first object of the invention is to provide means that enables a perovskite oxide thin film having (100) orientation, (001) orientation or (111) orientation to be easily obtained, and the second object of the invention is to provide a multilayer thin film comprising a unidirectionally oriented metal thin film of good crystallinity. The multilayer thin film according to the first embodiment of the invention comprises a buffer layer and a perovskite oxide thin film present thereon. The interface between the buffer layer and the perovskite oxide thin film is made up of a {111} facet plane. Substantially parallel to the facet plane there is present a {110} face of a cubic, rhombohedral, tetragonal or orthorhombic crystal of the perovskite oxide thin film, a {101} face of the tetragonal or orthorhombic crystal or a {011} face of the orthorhombic crystal. The multilayer thin film according to the second embodiment of the invention comprises a metal thin film that is a cubic (100) unidirectionally oriented epitaxial film, and a buffer layer where a {111} facet plane is present on the interface of the buffer layer in contact with the metal thin film.

The conveyor system 100 includes an upper conveyor 110 for conveying LCD glass substrates in the feeding direction between processing devices, a lower conveyor 120 arranged so as to form a multi-storied structure together with the upper conveyor for conveying LCD glass substrates in the return direction between processing devices, and a vertical conveyor for vertically conveying LCD glass substrates from the upper conveyor to the lower conveyor or vice versa. The vertical conveyor is provided with a plurality of conveyor tables, of which each is able to support the a LCD glass substrate from the underside thereof and moving it up and down linking to each other. One conveyor table forms a part of the upper conveyor while the another conveyor table forms a part of the lower conveyor. Being constructed like this, the conveyor system 100 according to the invention is able to convey even an enlarged LCD glass substrate with ease, and it comes to not only contribute to reduction in construction cost but also to additionally function as a buffer for LCD glass substrates.
