The invention discloses a cylinder cooling device cleaning
system using cooperation between acid liquid spraying and movable rotation. The cleaning
system comprises a water inlet
pipe, a stool, a water outlet
pipe, a cylinder body, a quantity controller and a cleaning device; a
tool bit stirs acid cleaning liquid during cleaning incrustations on the wall of the cylinder body; the
tool bit is tightly bonded on the inner wall of the cylinder body during rotating to eliminate acid softened incrustations, and a cleaning
brush is followed up for reciprocating brushing removal of few incrustation spots remained on the wall, so that the incrustations are removed more thoroughly; an U-shaped rotating plate and a cleaning soft
brush clean a through hole when a T-shaped
pipe is rotated; meanwhile, the through hole is the same with the bottom of the T-shaped pipe; during sucking, water currents generate an
impact effect, so that mutual impacting of large-size incrustations is reduced, the extraction by a pump is convenient, and the blockage caused by larger size of the incrustations is prevented; a switch plate overcomes right-side sliding of a spring rod under the
impact of the acid liquid to locate in an opened state; and when the acid liquid is stopped from spraying, the switch plate is pulled by the spring rod to locate in a
closed state, so that the blockage caused by reverse fillingof the incrustations is prevented.
