The invention provides a gating system of an ultra-thin metal shell and relates to the technical field of forming of ultra-thin castings. The gating system comprises a straight gating channel, a transverse gating channel, inner gating channels and inner gating openings which are all connected in sequence, wherein the transverse gating channel extends to form the first inner gating channel and the second inner gating channel, the first inner gating opening and the second inner gating opening are formed in a cavity for forming the ultra-thin metal shell, the first inner gating channel is connected to the cavity through the first inner gating opening, the second inner gating channel is connected to the cavity through the second inner gating opening, two flows of molten metal enter the first inner gating channel and the second inner gating channel respectively, the first flow of molten metal sequentially flows through the first inner gating channel, the first inner gating opening and the thin wall area of the cavity, the second flow of molten metal sequentially flows through the second inner gating channel and the second inner gating opening, and the first flow of molten metal and the second flow of molten metal reach the converging area of the cavity at the same time. According to the gating system, the mold-filling capacity and the mold-filling stability of the molten metal can be improved, the defects of cold shut, gas involving, bubbling and the like can be effectively avoided, the yield of the product is improved, and meanwhile, the gating system is reasonable and simple in structure, easy to operate and low in machining cost.
