processing the noise segments in parallel by adopting two methods of bidirectional
linear prediction and empirical mode
decomposition, and respectively generating prediction signals of the noise segments; according to the local
signal-to-noise ratio and boundary continuity of the prediction signals, fusion weights of the two prediction signals are calculated in a self-adaptive mode, the two prediction signals are subjected to weighted fusion, and a fusion
signal is obtained; endpoint continuity matching is carried out on the fusion
signal through linear transformation, smooth connection of the repair section and the original signal is ensured, and
speckle noise removal is completed. According to the method,
speckle noise caused by dynamic water surface disturbance can be detected and effectively suppressed, and the integrity and definition of signal transmission are remarkably improved.
