Method for preparing platinum-rhenium reforming catalyst

The invention discloses a method for preparing a platinum-rhenium reforming catalyst. The catalyst comprises an aluminum oxide carrier and the following active components using the carrier as calculation reference: 0.01 to 2.0 mass percent of platinum group metal, 0.01 to 3.0 mass percent of VIIB group metal, 0.1 to 3.0 mass percent of halogen and 0.1 to 0.3 mass percent of SO4<2->. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting aluminum sulfate as an aluminum source, regulating the pH value of the reaction system to be between 7.5 and 8.5, performing full reaction, regulating the pH value of the system to be between 9.5 and 10.5, ageing for 0.1 to 3.0 hours, and washing, drying and roasting solids to obtain the aluminum oxide carrier containing the SO4<2->; and (2) soaking the aluminum oxide carrier containing the SO4<2-> into impregnation solution containing the platinum group metal element, the VIIB group metal element and the halogen, and drying and roasting again; or soaking the aluminum oxide carrier containing the SO4<2-> into impregnation solution containing the VIIB group metal element, drying and roasting, then soaking the carrier into impregnation solution containing the platinum group metal element and the halogen, and drying and roasting again. The catalyst prepared by the method does not need pre-vulcanization before operation, so operation time and steps are reduced.

Operation-starting method of sulfurized hydrogenation catalyst

The invention relates to an operation-starting method of a sulfurized hydrogenation catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: putting the sulfurized hydrogenation catalyst into a reactor; then pumping inert gases to replace the air in the reactor and pipes in front of and at the back of the reactor and gradually raising the temperature to the activation temperature; and pumping hydrogen to replace the inert gases, adjusting the pressure and temperature to the reaction pressure and temperature after the airflow is stable and putting raw oil to begin hydrogenation. The method overcomes the defects of high preparation cost, long presulfurization time and high operation cost of the conventional oxidized catalysts. The method has the following advantages: the catalyst prepared by the method dispenses with presulfurization and has simple preparation process and operation-starting method; concentrated heat release during operation starting can be suppressed by adopting the inert gases to activate the catalyst; the method is suitable for preparing catalysts for hydrogenation of petroleum fractions; and the hydrogenation activity of the catalyst prepared by the method is superior to that of the conventional catalysts.

The invention discloses a method for quickly starting short-cut nitrification and denitrification of ammonia-containing wastewater. The method includes the steps: (1) putting denitrified activated sludge into a bioreactor; and (2) starting by a way of batch water feeding and gradual increase of the fed water ammonia-nitrogen concentration, and adding an ammonia oxidizing bacteria growth promoter, wherein the ammonia oxidizing bacteria growth accelerator includes 40 to 100 parts by weight of metal salts, 5 to 30 parts by weight of a polyamine substance, 0.05 to 1.5 parts by weight of inorganic acid hydroxylamine and 10 to 40 parts by weight of Na2SO3, the metal salts comprise a calcium salt, a ferrous salt and a copper salt, and the molar ratio of Ca<2+> to Fe<2+> to Cu<2+> is (5-15) to (1-8) to (0.5-5); and (3) when the fed water ammonia-nitrogen concentration reaches 400 to 700 mg/L, changing the mode into a mode of continuous water feeding, continuing to add the growth promoter, and when the ammonia-nitrogen removal rate is more than 90% and the nitrosation rate reaches 80%, starting to add a denitrification inoculum. The method can quickly start short-cut nitrification and denitrification process in a short time, and has the advantages of short starting time and high total nitrogen removal rate.
