The invention discloses a method for preparing a
platinum-
rhenium reforming catalyst. The catalyst comprises an aluminum
oxide carrier and the following
active components using the carrier as calculation reference: 0.01 to 2.0
mass percent of
platinum group
metal, 0.01 to 3.0
mass percent of VIIB group
metal, 0.1 to 3.0
mass percent of
halogen and 0.1 to 0.3 mass percent of SO4<2->. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) selecting aluminum
sulfate as an aluminum source, regulating the pH value of the
reaction system to be between 7.5 and 8.5, performing full reaction, regulating the pH value of the
system to be between 9.5 and 10.5,
ageing for 0.1 to 3.0 hours, and washing,
drying and
roasting solids to obtain the aluminum
oxide carrier containing the SO4<2->; and (2) soaking the aluminum
oxide carrier containing the SO4<2-> into impregnation solution containing the
platinum group
metal element, the VIIB group metal element and the
halogen, and
drying and
roasting again; or soaking the aluminum oxide carrier containing the SO4<2-> into impregnation solution containing the VIIB group metal element,
drying and
roasting, then soaking the carrier into impregnation solution containing the
platinum group metal element and the
halogen, and drying and roasting again. The catalyst prepared by the method does not need pre-
vulcanization before operation, so
operation time and steps are reduced.
