Rear view camera system for a motor vehicle

A rear view camera system for a motor vehicle includes a movable carrier assembly, a camera optical system, which is movable with the carrier assembly, and a drive unit coupled with the camera optical system. The camera optical system is pivoted in relation to the carrier assembly about an adjustable axis which is rotatably coupled with the drive unit and can be moved about the adjustable axis between a rest position and a recording position. These can be adjusted depending on the surrounding areas to be recorded. An eccentric component is coupled in movable fashion with the adjustable axis. A rotation of the eccentric component changes the distance between the adjustable axis and the support element so that the camera optical system can be moved to a recording position in which the camera optical system protrudes from the recess of the carrier assembly.

Door handle arrangement for a motor vehicle

A door handle arrangement for a motor vehicle includes a handle support, a handle, a coupling device, a locking device and a retaining element. When an accelerating force is applied in a first direction, as a result of a motor vehicle accident, the retaining element moves from a basic position in which it is possible to actuate the handle into a direction of blockage in which an actuation of the locking system by the handle and / or the coupling device is blocked. The locking device reliably and securely blocks the handle or the coupling device in the event of a collision. This is achieved in that the retaining element is designed to move from the basic position into the particular direction of blockage when an accelerating force resulting from a motor vehicle accident is applied in a second direction that is opposite of the first direction.

Door handle assembly for a motor vehicle

A door handle assembly for a motor vehicle includes an operating handle moveably supported on a handle mounting, a mechanical coupling device and a locking device. An acceleration force can move the locking device from a normal operating position, in which an actuation of the operating handle is possible, in a first blocking direction, in which an actuation of the closing assembly via the operating handle and / or the coupling device, is blocked. The locking device also blocks the door handle assembly when long lasting or strongly pronounced oscillations occur as a result of a crash. In that event, the locking device can move from the normal operating position in a second blocking direction, in which an actuation of the closing assembly via the operating handle and / or the coupling device is blocked, wherein the second blocking direction is oriented opposite the first blocking direction.

Slip-controllable vehicle brake system

The invention relates to a slip-controllable vehicle brake system having a drivable pressure generator (26) for supplying at least one wheel brake (14) of a brake circuit with pressure medium. The pressure generator (26) is equipped with at least one pump inlet valve (30) and at least one pump outlet valve (32), to control the throughput of the pressure medium. Novel system functions, such as pedestrian protection, require that high pressure medium volumes be provided to the wheel brakes (14) increasingly faster. A corresponding design of the pressure generator (26) requires a drive having correspondingly increased power. For example, in the case of ABS braking, a high braking pressure generated by the driver works against the starting of the pressure generator (26) and increased starting currents occur on the drive. The modified design disadvantageously increases the weight and outside dimensions of the drive. In order to ease the starting of the drive and to limit the required starting current, according to the invention, means (40) are provided downstream of the pump outlet valve (32) which prevent an exerting of the pressure generator (26) on the pressure side (38) with the pressure of the main brake cylinder (10), at least at the start of pump conveying. More compact, lighter, and more cost-effective drives can be used for the pressure generator (26) as a result.
