LED energy saving lamp of power factor compensation type driven by constant-current

The invention relates to an LED energy-saving illuminating lamp driven by the constant current, which is applied to the power-factor compensation of an AC power grid. In order to realize the purpose of compensation, the technical solution proposal of the invention is that: the AC commercial power lights the LED energy-saving illuminating lamp by utilizing the capacitance to reduce the voltage, limit and commutate the current and filter the constant current so as to drive the illuminating lamp. In the AC power grid, the LED energy-saving illuminating lamp of the invention is capacitive and has the function of the power-factor compensation. The LED is preferably driven by the direct current and the constant current since the driving manner can not only ensure that the LED can work in a best state, but also completely eliminate the weakness of stroboflash of the LED illuminating lamp to protect the eyesight. The LED energy-saving illuminating lamp of the invention solves the problems that the overall efficiency of the LED energy-saving illuminating lamp is not high when the illuminating lamp in the current market is lighted by being driven by the direct current and the constant current. The invention is served as the LED energy-saving illuminating lamp as well as a power factor compensator. When the invention is served as the LED energy-saving illuminating lamp driven by the constant current, the illuminating lamp has the advantages of low power consumption, high brightness, long service life and no stroboflash; when the invention is served as the power factor compensator, the compensator can improve the power factor.

The method comprises the following steps: one-step charge and discharge detection is conducted to the power lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and the batteries with capacities larger than lower limit capacity are taken as acceptable batteries; the acceptable batteries are charged to a state with 50-90 percent of rated capacity and the rechargeable batteries with acceptable voltage drop are sorted; the obtained acceptable batteries are fully charged and are connected in parallel for at least 4 hours to enable the voltage difference between any two rechargeable batteries to be less than or equal to 1mV; the obtained rechargeable batteries are connected in series to discharge, the voltage of each rechargeable battery during discharge is acquired and recorded, and the discharge is stopped when the voltage of any battery reaches cutoff voltage; and a voltage difference standard is set according to the number of series batteries required for group matching and the battery voltage at the moment of discharge cutoff, and the batteries with voltage differences within the preset range are matched into a group. Since the parameters of the batteries are measured and sorted under the simulated battery use conditions and the single rechargeable batteries with close characteristics are sorted, the quality of the group matching is improved.
