Chemotherapeutic drug-photosensitizer co-assembled nanoparticles and construction thereof

The invention belongs to the field of new auxiliary materials and new dosage forms of medicine preparations and relates to a chemotherapeutic drug-photosensitizer co-assembled nanoparticles and construction thereof. A chemotherapeutic drug is an anthracycline chemotherapeutic drug selected from mitoxantrone, doxorubicin or epirubicin; a photosensitizer is a porphyrin photosensitizer selected fromchlorine e6, hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether or a chlorophyll derivative, wherein the molar ratio of the chemotherapeutic drug to the photosensitizer is 3:1-1:3. A certain quantity of the chemotherapeutic drug and the photosensitizer or a mixture of the chemotherapeutic drug, the photosensitizer and PEG is dissolved in a proper quantity of organic solvent, and the solution is slowly dropwise added to water while stirring to form uniform nanoparticles spontaneously. The preparation process is simple, enlarged production is easy, particle size is small and uniform, and the nanoparticles can beenriched at tumor parts through a reinforced permeation retention effect; the nanoparticles have ultrahigh drug loading capacity and can reduce related toxicity of auxiliary materials; and surface modification is easy, and the circulation time of the nanoparticles in blood can be prolonged by PEG modification.

Natural chlorophyll iron calcium salt and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a preparation method of a natural chlorophyll iron calcium salt and further obtains the natural chlorophyll iron calcium salt (also known as iron chlorophyllin calcium). In the method, the chlorophyll iron calcium salt is prepared from a chlorophyll iron sodium salt and a calcium slat used as raw materials through one-step direct substitution, wherein the chlorophyll iron sodium salt and the calcium slat are respectively dissolved in water according to the weight ratio; the pH value of reaction solution is 8-9; water solution of the Ca salt is slowly added into solution of the chlorophyll iron sodium salt, magnetic stirring is performed at the speed of about 1000r/min, and the reaction is performed fully at room temperature; and aging, separation and drying at the temperature of 50 DEG C-80 DEG C are further performed, thereby obtaining the black (dark brown) chlorophyll iron calcium salt. By adopting the method, the easily available raw material, namely the natural chlorophyll iron sodium salt is used for preparing a chlorophyll derivative, namely the chlorophyll iron (II) calcium salt, thereby realizing the simultaneous supplementation of iron and calcium for a human body and having no toxicity or side effects. The preparation method is simple and the yield is high. The chlorophyll iron calcium salt can be used as a medicament or a food additive and has very broad application prospects in the aspects of foods, medicines and the like.
