Antibacterial hemostatic healing-promoting gel, preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides antibacterial hemostatic healing-promoting gel, a preparation method and an application thereof. The gel is prepared from the following raw materials: 4-18 parts of carboxylic acid or sodium carboxylate with active double bonds, 2-10 parts of amide with active double bonds, 1-3 parts of aldehyde with active double bonds, 30-100 parts of fish collagen peptide and 2-3 parts ofheparin sodium; and 1-5 parts of modified guanidine salt with active double bonds, 3-10 parts of chitosan, 1-5 parts of modified diamine with active double bonds, 0.4-0.8 part of a double bond cross-linking agent, 4-7 parts of L-arginine, 50-200 parts of aloe raw gel, 5-10 parts of sodium beta-glycerophosphate and 200-600 parts of deionized water. The antibacterial hemostatic healing-promoting gel has multiple wound healing effects, promotes skin capillary generation, facilitates tissue growth, protects wound nerves, achieves a hemostatic effect by quickly plugging damaged blood vessels, hasexcellent antibacterial property, and forms a protective isolation layer at a wound part to facilitate antibacterial hemostasis and healing promotion of a wound.
