The specific technology is that according to the denim with the functions of moisture absorption and perspiration elimination, warp yarn is blended by adopting pure cotton slub yarn and pure cotton ring spinning yarn and weft yarn is blended by vilofty fiber and cotton fiber, wherein the vilofty fiber content (weight ratio) of the weft yarn is 50 percent; and a fabric weave is as follows: 3/1 right twill is arranged on a ground stitch and 2/2 warp ribs and 36X2/4 inserts are arranged on sides. After the warp yarn and the weft yarn are respectively processed, the steps of weaving, singeing, desizing, softener addition, weft straightening, skewness drawing, stentering formation and preshrinking finishing processing are conducted, and then the denim is formed. The denim manufactured by using the weft yarn blended by adopting the vilofty fiber and the cotton fiber has good moisture absorption performance and good perspiration elimination performance, is cool and ventilated when being worn in summer and satisfies the requirement of high-grade fashion materials for the fabric.

The multifunctional composite material disclosed by the invention is simple and easily controllable in preparation process, easily available in raw materials and low in production cost.
