The invention discloses an AO-OCT imaging system and method based on a coherent gate virtual Shack-Hartman wavefront detection technology. The system comprises a beacon light source, an imaging lightsource, first and second collimating mirrors, first and second dichroscopes, a spectroscope, a wavefront correction device, an actuator, an electric translation platform, a wavefront detection camera,an imaging camera, a computer, a wavefront controller, a signal generation card, first and second image acquisition cards and the like. The coherence gate virtual Shack-Hartman wavefront detection technology is used to detect an aberration of a specific layer in a sample and an AO technology is used to correct the aberration, and a full-field time domain OCT technology is used to carry out high-resolution OCT imaging on the layer. Sensing equipment capable of detecting ethanol in high-temperature environment and processing method

The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of sensitive materials of gas sensors and particularly relates to sensing equipment capable of detecting ethyl alcohol in a high-temperature environment and a processing method. The processing method comprises the following steps of weighing 0.35 g of SnCl4.5H2O, dissolving the SnCl4.5H2O in a solution prepared from 10 ml of deionized water and 10 ml of ethyl alcohol, and adjusting a pH value of the solution to 4 by using NaOH with the pH value of 13; adding 1ml of polyethylene glycol into the solution, stirring and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30 minutes, pouring the stirred solution into a reaction kettle, putting the reaction kettle into a hydrothermal drying box, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 220 DEG C for 12 hours; taking out liquid in the reaction kettle, and filtering to obtain white precipitate; pouring the white precipitate into a beaker, and drying to obtain SnO2 powder; and carrying out heat treatment on the SnO2 powder in a tubular furnace to finally obtain the treated SnO2 film. The method is advantaged in that the SnO2 film obtained by the invention also has better response in a high-temperature environment of 300-400 DEG C, and the method can realize detection of ethanol in the high-temperature environment.
