The invention discloses a multi-domain cooperative multi-access method for a star wireless sensor network. The method comprises the following steps: placing an aggregation node at the central positionof a sensor node in a to-be-monitored area; taking the aggregation node as a center, dividing the to-be-monitored area into m sectors, and classifying the sensor nodes in each sector into one group;dividing the total frequency band used by the star wireless sensor network into m sub-channels, wherein each sub-channel occupies a frequency band of 125 kHz, the interval of the frequency bands is 25 kHz, and an independent sub-channel is allocated to each group of sensor nodes located in the same sector; in each determined group, dividing the sensor nodes into n layers according to the link quality from the sensor nodes to the aggregation node, and allocating different spreading factors to the sensor nodes of each layer; using carrier sensing multiple access in the same-group same-layer sensor nodes with the same physical layer parameters, sending the channel state through a channel occupation detection mechanism, if the channel state is idle, uploading data, otherwise, detecting the channel state after time delay until the channel is idle so that data uploading is completed.
