heart rate value and a speed value of the pet through a sensing module on a necklace body, and sending the
heart rate value and the speed value to the background service subsystem through a communication module; and S3, comparing the
heart rate value with a preset heart rate, and the speed value with a preset speed by a
processing module, when the heart rate is larger than the preset heart rate, and the speed value is smaller than the preset speed, judging reason information of heart rate abnormity according to the position information by the
processing module and sending the position information and the heart rate value to the background service subsystem for checking by the processing module. The

smart city can enable a feeder to conveniently know the physical condition of the pet in time when leaving the pet.
