The invention provides a novel
gabion retaining wall capable of achieving energy dissipation and
greening and a construction method. The novel
gabion retaining wall comprises an energy dissipation and
greening gabion net, plain concrete, prefabricated concrete slabs, ribbed steel bars,
vegetation nutrient soil, energy dissipation materials, steel strands,
pressure reduction rings, a three-dimensional
vegetation net pad, geotechnical cloth, stone, transverse reserved holes, longitudinal reserved holes and cross-shaped buckles. The side, away from the slope, of the energy dissipation
greening gabion net is filled with the
vegetation nutrient soil. The side, close to the side slope, of the energy dissipation greening gabion net is filled with the energy dissipation materials, the steel strands and the
pressure reduction rings are flexibly connected with the energy dissipation greening gabion net, the formed whole
system can eliminate partial side slope soil body pressure, and the purpose of stabilizing the side slope is achieved. According to the technical scheme, in the prior art, the slope protection requirement is met, meanwhile, the landscape greening effect can be achieved, and meanwhile it can be guaranteed that the supporting structure cannot be excessively deformed due to the fact that the supporting structure is subjected to local large slope soil pressure.
