The invention belongs to the field of binder-less environment-friendly artificial board production, and particularly relates to a method for producing binder-less environment-friendly artificial boards by means of hot pressing with steam exploded stalks as raw materials. The method includes steps of chopping the stalks, dipping the chopped stalks into alkali solution and then taking out with water content controlled, performing a steam explosion process on the stalks to obtain steam exploded stalks, drying the steam exploded stalks until reaching a certain water content, and finally performing hot press molding. In the method, alkali lignin is dissolved out during high-temperature digesting of the alkali-process steam explosion, and is blown instantly to damage cell wall structures, so that active groups of three components in the raw materials are exposed fully. In the later hot press molding process, the lignin dissolved out is subjected to condensation reaction with polysaccharide and lignin of the raw materials at a high temperature so as to form a binding effect. By the method, binder-less binding of the stalks is realized, cost for adding binders is saved, processing and production lines are simplified, environmental pollution caused by synthetic resin binders is reduced, production cost is lowered, and a new effective way is provided for artificial board production.

The invention provides a cement-based material with good liquidity and high intensity and a preparation method thereof. The compositions by mass percentage of the cement-based material are: 10.8 to 18.9 percent of cement, 8.1 to 16.2 percent of composite industrial residue, 0.6 to 0.65 percent of efficient additive, 32.3 to 34.1 percent of fine aggregate, 32.3 to 34.1 percent of high intensity coarse aggregate and 2.7 to 7.8 percent of short and thin steel fiber. In the cement-based material, the homemade short and thin steel fiber and the additive with a water reducing rate more than 40 percent are used, the cement is replaced by 30 to 60 percent of the composite industrial residue, the grind sand is replaced by common sand, and the high intensity coarse aggregate is blended in. In the condition of standard curing or natural curing, the superior performance cement-based material with a compressive resistance of between 150 and 200MPa and a breaking strength of between 20 and 70MPa is prepared. The preparation method greatly lowers the cost of raw materials, simplifies the production technology, uses a large amount of industrial residue, and provides broad prospect for the large-scale popularization and application of the superior performance cement-based material.

The conversion efficiency of the three-way catalytic converter can be effectively detected by the method of the invention instead of an exhaust gas analysis device which is directly used on the automobile; and the method has the advantages of simpleness, effectiveness and low cost.
