Systems and methods that facilitate automatic convergence and geometry alignment in projection systems such as a PTV. The automatic convergence system (ACS) preferably includes a CCD camera mounted inside the PTV and focused on the entire inside of a projection screen Fresnel lens. Alternatively, the ACS may include a deployable reflective sheet, preferably in the form of a roll up screen. In operation, signals from the CCD camera corresponding to test patterns projected onto the Fresnel lens or reflective sheet are analyzed and used to align, center or steer raster patterns to compensate for convergence error at a particular location. In a convergence mode, the video is blanked and then successive monochrome video test patterns are projected on the screen. The images captured by the CCD camera are used to memorize the location of landing points of one color test pattern from one of the projection units and then to align the other color patterns from the other projection units to the same landing points as the first color pattern. In a geometry alignment mode, the difference in brightness between an image striking the Fresnel screen and the over scanned area of the PTV cabinet is used to determine the border of the screen. This information is then used to provide reference marks for all geometrical adjustments done automatically using a similar process of successive test patterns and analysis.

Device and method for testing colors of colored CCD chip

The invention discloses a device for testing colors of a colored CCD chip. The device mainly solves the problem that an existing testing device can not accurately judge color quality of the colored CCD chip. The device comprises a xenon lamp light source, a monochrometer, an attenuator, an integrating sphere, a dark room, a Dewar bottle temperature control chamber, a drive control circuit and an upper computer. A colored CCD chip to be tested is placed in the Dewar bottle temperature control chamber and is connected with the drive control circuit. The monochrometer generates monochrome light and three-primary color light through irradiation of the xenon lamp light source and parameter adjustment, after the monochrome light and three-primary color light are converted to uniform face array light through the integrating sphere and the dark room, the light irradiates the colored CCD chip to be tested, and rgb brightness values of an image are obtained through the drive control circuit and the upper computer. The image is transferred to an L*a*b* space from an rgb space, and color quality of the colored CCD chip to be tested is judged according to the magnitude of the Euclidean distance between a point to be tested and a standard point in the L*a*b* space. The device has the advantages of being high in adaptability and stability, accurate in measurement of color brightness values, and capable of being used for quality selection of colored CCD chips.

Method and Device of Testing Color Blindness

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a device of testing color blindness, which belong to the technical field of test. The method includes: acquiring a plurality of preset coloring schemes, each of which is provided to test one type of color blindness and comprises a base color and a changing color; acquiring color sense test patterns, each of which corresponding to one of the coloring schemes; changing a color of at least a part of the grids in one of color sense test patterns one by one from the base color to the changing color according to the grid color-changing sequence of the corresponding color sense test pattern during displaying the corresponding color sense test pattern, when the corresponding color sense test pattern is used to perform color blindness test on a tested person, and acquiring positions of the eyeballs of the tested person as the color of the grids is changing; obtaining a first fitting degree by fitting an acquired movement trace of the color point to a movement trace of the eyeballs; and, judging which type of color blindness of the tested person is according to the first fitting degree. According to the present invention, dependence analysis is performed on the movement trace of the eyeballs of the tested person and the movement trace of a color point in the corresponding color sense test pattern to obtain in quantitative sense which type of the color blindness of the tested person is, thereby increasing accuracy of the color blindness testing.

Analytical method for measuring content of soluble lead in domestic ceramic

The invention discloses an analytical method for measuring content of soluble lead in domestic ceramic. The analytical method comprises the following steps: cleaning a domestic ceramic sample to be measured, naturally airing, dipping a cotton swab in a special kit into a cleaning agent to scrub the surface of the domestic ceramic sample back and forth for 30 s, putting the cotton swab onto a color test paper board, dripping a drop of a color developing agent onto the color test paper board, standing for 2 min, contrasting the color test paper board and a standard operation color level contrast card under the condition of bright light, and determining result range of soluble lead content in the sample by a visual colorimetric method. In comparison with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: detection limit of lead is 20 ng; the whole analytical testing process lasts for 5-10 min; analytical time is greatly shortened; and work efficiency is raised. Fitting curve regression coefficient of lead dissolving-out amount-scrubbing amount is greater than 0.99, which shows that it is feasible to speculate dissolving-out amount by measuring the scrubbing amount. The method of the invention is simple, fast and easy to operate, and can meet requirements of fast analysis of soluble lead content of domestic ceramic.
