A method for producing copper sulphate by using a copper-containing waste solution of a PCB circuit board plant comprises the following steps: removing impurities of the copper-containing waste solution, removing impurities of a cuprammonium waste solution, preparing wet alkaline copper, preparing a slurry from wet alkaline copper and an alkaline copper mother solution or tap water, acidifying, cooling, crystallizing, and purifying. In the method, copper oxychloride is taken as an intermediate, because copper oxychloride is in the state of a particle, copper hydroxide is in the state of a slurry and synthesis of copper oxychloride is under a high-temperature condition, when solid-liquid separation is performed, separation of the copper oxychloride intermediate from impurities, oil stains and the like is relatively thorough. In the subsequent technological flow, influence of impurities on the copper sulphate product quality is reduced, under the circumstance of guaranteeing product quality, the pH value of the acidification terminal point is 1.0-1.5, and the terminal-point acidity is obviously raised compared with an original technology (pH: 0-0.3). By using the method, the wastewater quantity is reduced, product quality is improved, and sulfuric acid consumption is reduced.
