The filling method comprises the following steps that (1) the proximal surface of the offending tooth has caries while the dissected appearance is intact, or tooth defect exists, and then the appearance is rapidly recovered by using glassionomers; (2) the individualized proximal surface forming system of the offending tooth is prepared; (3) the caries of the offending tooth is removed, and the tooth body is prepared; (4) the individualized proximal surface forming system is reset, that is, a retention ring along with cured flowing resin are reset at the target offending tooth, so that a bean-shaped forming sheet is tightly attached to the position between the offending tooth and the flowing resin; and (5) the target offending tooth is filled with resin, the resin filling material being subjected to illumination curing is occluded and adjusted, the occlusion interference point is ground and removed, and the resin filling material is polished. The method can restore the original proximal surface contact relation and the abduction gap anatomic form of the offending tooth, the grinding and adjusting time after filling is shortened, and the filling postoperative complications such as food impaction, obturator overhang and obturator fracture are reduced.
