The invention discloses an oral implant device. According to the device, through a screw nail which goes deep into the alveolar bone, the bottom end of an implant is fixed to the screw-in body which is screwed in the alveolar bone, moreover, by filling a filling cavity, provided with the screw nail, of the base of the implant with hydroxyapatite and making a filler filling connector communicate with the filling cavity and the alveolar cavity of the alveolar bone, an implant tooth is stably installed in the alveolar cavity of the alveolar bone, and movement is avoided; and by flexibly clamping clamping boards, which are located on an installation base provided with the false tooth, between a lifting board and fixing blocks, the false tooth can be flexibly installed and replaced without moving a lower end portion of the false tooth of the implant, so that secondary damage to a patient is avoided, and the working efficiency of amedical worker is improved.
