The invention discloses a rotating

estimation method and
system based on dual-
station polarization,
electronic equipment and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the steps that after single-time dual-
station polarization measurement is carried out on rotating
ellipsoid particles, the single-time dual-
station polarization measurement is carried out on the rotating
ellipsoid particles; obtaining a scattering matrix of the rotating ellipsoid particles under the
global coordinate system, and material electromagnetic parameters, a first
azimuth angle, an incident angle, a second
azimuth angle and a scattering angle of the rotating ellipsoid particles; calculating a compensation polarization orientation angle according to the first
azimuth angle, the incident angle, the second azimuth angle and the scattering angle; performing polarization rotation on the scattering matrix to determine a
polarization scattering matrix; carrying out singular point condition judgment on the
polarization scattering matrix; if the singular point condition is met, calculating to obtain the normal direction of the vertical rotating ellipsoid particles; and if the singular point condition is not met, calculating to obtain the
size parameter and the three-dimensional orientation parameter of the rotating ellipsoid particle. According to the method, the three-dimensional orientation of the rotating ellipsoid target can be accurately obtained through
single measurement of the double-station complete polarization
radar.
