The invention discloses a
corrosion technology of a fringed silk scarf. The
corrosion technology comprises the steps that plain gray cloths of silk material are procured,
cut and pretreated; the plain gray cloths are treated by a printing process and a
steaming process, then automatically embroidered using a computer embroidery
machine, to obtain the embroidery cloths; the embroidery cloths are treated by a cold and
bronzing process, and the
bronzing patterns are treated by a
glazing process, then the cloths are rim rolled, and artificially sewed with fringed silks; the fringed silk scarves after being boiled are treated by a
deoxidization process; and the fringed silk scarves are treated by a
corrosion process; the processed fringed scarves are
soap washed and water washed, and dried to a constant weight, after passing the inspection, are packaged to leave the factory. According to the method, when the fringed silk scarves are dyed, corrosion agents are added, thus the fine little knots on the surface of the fringed scarves are reduced, the
surface smoothness and hand feel softness of fringed scarves are improved, and the fringed scarves are free from lint and pilling problems. The method through strictly guarding the base materials and the technology process ensures that the fringed scarf is good in quality and worth promoting.
